Capt. Rob Hamilton, President and owner of Smart Health, Inc., has been a Licensed and Certified Medicare, Life, Health and Long Term Care (LTC) insurance Advisor since 2001. After retiring from a successful 30-year engineering and international marketing career in the Telecommunications industry, Capt. Rob and his wife, Vicki, relocated insurance operations from New England in 2003. Smart Health, Inc. is incorporated in Florida and headquartered in Wesley Chapel, FL with a clear mission to make available to all their clients affordable Medicare, Life, Health, and LTC Insurance regardless of age or health conditions.

Capt. Rob’s wife Vicki is Vice President and active partner in Smart Health, Inc. She is a licensed insurance advisor and specializes in the Medicare market with a sincere dedication towards helping our senior citizens understand their choices in the complicated world of Medicare.

Capt. Rob graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a BA degree in International Marketing and holds an active U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton Captain’s license. Vicki Hamilton is a graduate of Texas Women’s University with a BA in Education.
